As an actress in LA, having gone to school for acting here, I am lucky enough to see actors I know at the very start of their careers truly blossom. It is so inspiring to me to watch your peers succeed and work so hard to get there because they love what they do so much.
One of these people is: Quartay Denaya! I had the pleasure of working with her as in the play To BeYoung, Gifted and Black directed by Joe Garcia. Ever since then I have looked up to her as an actress, a friend and a woman.
This lovely leading lady is very up and coming, especially this month.
With her own film going from pre-production to production, she also has the premier of a film she is starring in called Roots in Concrete. Which you can get tickets to for this weekend!!
